Controlling the production process

We specialise in flexible and cost-effective production according to ISO 13485. We work continuously to further optimise the production process. Our focus is on achieving 'control' while maintaining flexibility in scaling up or temporarily down production. Our years of experience with ISO 13485 mean that the processes are naturally embedded throughout the organisation. Quality is assured and continuously monitored by the quality assurance department.

Of course, our responsibility is not limited to production alone. We offer a complete service package. Depending on your company, product and preferences, we design a suitable service package for you:

SOURCING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

A stable and reliable supply chain is crucial for the timely delivery of quality products. Based on your forecast, we ensure that the required parts/components are in stock so we can quickly meet your needs. A consistently high level of component quality is essential. We will evaluate components and parts in house before they are sent to the production line and work with our suppliers to ensure the required quality requirements. Manageable availability and timely warning in case of obsolescence are also crucial. We make agreements about this with our suppliers in line with your needs.

We have long-term relationships with our supplier base who are familiar with our process standards. Of course, if you prefer certain suppliers, we can integrate them into our process if the process standards can be met.

LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

AIM supports you in redesigning and making the production process manageable as part of lifecycle management. This is the case, for example, in the event of a redesign, a successive generation, adapted market requirements or the replacement of end-of-life components. Such a process is supervised by one of our experienced engineers.

If it is beyond our expertise, we offer a network of experts in design, engineering, packaging and testing. Our partners have experience in the medical sector. Our engineers will support you in translating the specifications to the development partner of your choice. He will also follow the actions and advice to keep working towards our mutual goal: flexible and cost-effective production.

WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS

At AIM, we like to go the extra mile for our customers. In addition to our existing services, we now offer warehousing of customer products and transportation to end users. This means that, as a customer, you can count not only on our expertise in assembly and logistics support, but also on a total solution from warehousing to delivery.

Our warehousing services allow you to store your products safely and efficiently with us. Whether it concerns small stocks or larger volumes: we ensure overview, optimal availability and smooth processing.On top of that, we take care of the transport of your products to your end customers with care and precision. Whether within the Netherlands or internationally - we coordinate the entire process so that your delivery arrives at its destination on time and in perfect condition. This leaves your hands free and allows you to focus on your core activities, while we take care of the logistics process from A to Z for you.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Any repairs or updates to the device can be carried out by AIM. We often work together with our customer in training the service technicians and create effective spare parts and repair processes. This is also one of the possibilities. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
