Kick-off OP-Zuid Project for Innovative Medical Technology!
Today marks the successful launch of the OP-South project STIM-00953, "Laprixa, the Intra-operative Predictor of Healing Capacity"! Together with lead partner Corporis Medical and our partner Medanco B.V., and with support from Stimulus, we are advancing the development of the Laprixa System. This breakthrough technology enables surgeons to assess blood flow in the intestinal tissue in real time, providing patient-specific insights during surgery to help prevent serious complications such as anastomotic leakage.
This new OP-South project allows us to further optimize the design of the Laprixa system and begin preparations for the first series production in a clean room environment. We are excited to work with Corporis Medical and Medanco to make this project a success!
